## Narrative

Employee was setting up a 10"" by 8' plastic pipe (35-40 lbs.) under a loadout bin. As they started to lift the pipe, the felt a pain in right shoulder and set the pipe back down. Employee stated they didn't lift the pipe from the end and walk to a near vertical position as was common, but attempted to lift the pipe from the bottom 1/3 of length on opposite end. Reported 8/15/22.
