Employee was using a water hose to clean a belt transfer area. A hole ruptured in the hose. Employee dropped the hose and it began to whip around under pressure. While trying to avoid the whipping hose and shut the water off, employee was struck and fell and twisted knee. No rules or regulations were violated and employee has training and experience.
