## Narrative

The injured was bolting in #1 entry on 0 South Section. EE started to drill EE's first hole in the third row and pushed EE' steel against the roof and hit the rotation, a piece of rock measuring 21"" long x 8 1/2"" wide x 2-5"" thick fell and hit EE' hand driving it in to the drill pot, causing a laceration to EE' ring and pinkie fingers. (Sutures were required in EE' pinkie finger)
