Narrative

Employee stated EE was changing out a piece of 60"" top structure on surface #2 belt. EE stated EE was pulling an old piece out of the belt line when it slipped out of EE's hand allowing the structure to smash EE's hand between the rail and the structure. (On 8/25/2022 employee was diagnosed with a broken 5th digit ""pinky"" finger.)
