## Narrative

Employee was using a 1 inch impact to remove bolts from a sprocket segment on a D11 dozer. EE stood and stretched after removing the bolts. EE then felt EE's back crack, causing a strain in EE's upper back. EE was treated with First Aid measures until 8/29/2022 when EE was prescribed physical therapy.
