Narrative

Our open cab scraper #16 developed an exhaust leak and exposed our miner to carbon monoxide. This exposure throughout the day led to the miner feeling unwell but declined medical evaluation. The miner still felt unwell the next day and it was determined they needed to be evaluated for carbon monoxide exposure.
