Narrative

A contractor was inserting the 2nd drill steel as EE was drilling the inside hole on Unit #1, entry #7, crosscut 17. A rock measuring approximately 2' x 1.5' x 2"" thick fell from the mine roof and struck EE on top of the left foot. EE was taken off work on 9/19/2022 for a contusion and an unrelated lower back strain.
