IE contacted the safety department about a pain in EE's left shoulder. IE believes EE's pain is a result of continual exposure to repetitive motion due to EE's work duties and work history. These duties include repetitive motion due to roof bolting and repeated overhead lifting. IE was taken off work for shoulder surgery on 9/21/22.
