Narrative

EE was attempting to move an approximately 3' x 1.5' x 1"" thick piece of steel plate out of work area. They attempted to lift one side of the plate and slide it out of the way. As they attempted to slide the plate, they lost their grip and the plate fell on the metatarsal area of their left foot.
