Narrative

EE was stepping down from cab onto blade arm of bulldozer & slipped in mud that had fallen on blade arm from underside of track. EE stated: slipped despite using 3-point contact while stepping down. EE said busted shin & hurt shoulder. Upon arrival at work 9/29, EE reported incident to supervisor, who sent EE to the Clinic. Sent for eval. and placed out of work.
