Injured employee was assisting another employee removing a belt roller cradle. As they were taking the cradle out, it fell over onto employee's left hand smashing it against the bedrail. Accident caused by employee's failure to communicate their intentions with each other. No rules or regulations were violated and employee has training and experience in task.
