Employee is a mechanic and was performing maintenance activities on the D-6 dozer at the plant. Employee was standing on top of the D-6 dozer tracks while holding onto a handrail with left hand. Out of nowhere, employee claims left hip ""gave out"" and employee fell on top of the D-6 dozer tracks. Employee was evaluated by an Urgent Care on 10/26/22.
