## Narrative

EE was dragging a 4"" waterline and felt a sharp pain in the left shoulder. An MRI later revealed a partial rotator cuff tear. EE continued working without restrictions until EE's surgery which took place on 11/18/2022. EE began missing work on 11/18/2022.
