## Narrative

Employee was dragging a rock dust hose along the 7 North Belt when EE lost EE's balance & fell. During EE's fall EE grabbed ahold of the rib screen with EE's right hand in an attempt to stop EE's fall. This caused EE to strain EE's right shoulder. Employee stated walkway was clear & EE didn't slip/trip on anything. No rules or regulations were violated & employee has training.
