An unplanned Roof Fall was found at 11:00 AM in the Return of Main West, Intersection of Entry #1 & XC #22. It is 20 ft by 10 ft and 4 ft high. It is below the anchorage zone, but impedes travel. No one was injured or entrapped. Ventilation was not interrupted. Preliminary diagnoses; strata failure due to seam transition area.
