Narrative

Production crew driving out of the mine from SD19 on night shift traveling north on main south roadway to # 2 hoist at the end of shift. At 68 xc main south, MTP-1901, crashed in to the rib. There were 4 employees in the mantrip and 3 of them had injuries.
