Narrative

Employee was unloading a belt stand for installation for advancing the 5W belt. EE picked up the stand and turned and felt pain in EE's left knee. Employee stated EE didn't slip/trip/fall or step in any floor irregularities. No rules or regulations were violated and EE has training and experience.
