HT639 dumped a load of rock for floor repair at shovel 192 in the gold quarry pit. Operator of haul truck did not realize that the bed was still in the raised position and drove between the cable trees for SH192 contacting the span of cable in-between the trees. This resulted in the HT operator remaining in the cab for more than 30min as a precaution while the power was isolated.
