Employee was carrying longwall hydraulic hoses through a belt to track cross-cut with two other employees. The group was intending to drop the hoses in unison, but the injured employee held onto the hoses when the other's threw their end down. This caused the injured employee's shoulder to be jerked forward causing pain. Employee began missing work due to this injury on 12/13/22.
