Employee was struck by a piece of rock measuring approximately 4' long x 4' wide x 2"" thick on the left shoulder and causing a laceration on the right wrist. Employee received 3 sutures to close the wound on the wrist. Employee was given a full release and returned to work on employee's next regular scheduled shift (12/23/2022).
