## Narrative

The employee was operating the loader doing high bottom clean up in the west pit. The right corner shank and tooth broke off the loader. The employee got down to push the shank and tooth into the bucket and haul it out of the pit. While in the process of pushing it into the bucket, it pinched EE's right pointer finger against the other tooth and shank on the bucket.
