## Narrative

Maintenance employee was dismounting a 740 Haul truck using three points of contact.  When stepping off the last step, the employee got hand pinched between the handrail and a step causing a laceration to the back of the right hand.  The employee was taken to urgent care where employee received 5 stitches.
