## Narrative

Employee was walking down the Slope Belt when EE stepped on some ice and slipped and fell. Ice was present due to a recent waterline break and freezing temperatures. Employee twisted EE's left knee causing a strain/sprain. Missed 2 days of work due to this injury. No rules or regulations were violated and employee has training and experience.
