## Narrative

Employee was loading a bottom belt roller onto a mantrip on the 3 West Track. When EE bent over to lift the roller, EE felt a ""pop"" and burning sensation in EE's lower back. Employee finished this shift and worked EE's next shift but began missing work on 12/29/2022. No rules or regulations were violated and employee has training and experience.
