## Narrative

IE stated was exiting the operators compartment of the diesel scoop and stepped on a rock. IE stated that when did this, it caused IE's right knee to twist. IE stated heard a popping sound and instantly felt like knee was on fire. IE began missing work on 12/21/2022 when MRI results revealed a torn meniscus.
