## Narrative

Employee was working on haul truck that was parked. Employee was descending the stairs and their right boot caught the stair tread. The employee lost their balance causing to their left foot to twist in the process. The employee notified the operator on the truck to have them call Mine Control for Emergency Services to be dispatched to location.
