## Narrative

While unloading quicklime at the Metcalf silos, employee looked up at the top of silo and some lime dust from the bill of EE's hard hat and fell into the inside of face shield and went into eye. Then, after blinking a few times, EE thought had gotten it out. On EE's way to terminal, it started to irritate eye and got worse. The driver stated did not report to the mine.
