Narrative

The injured employee smelled smoke and informed management. After changing clothes, the employee returned to the 3rd floor and noticed an active fire in the counter shaft area of the 082-07-1 crusher. The employee ran and grabbed an extinguisher to put out the fire. The employee noted right knee pain later that day. THIS BECAME A RECORDABLE ON 2/1/23 WHEN THE EMPLOYEE HAD SURGERY
