Narrative

Employee was removing guarding at the 3 West Belt Drive area to prepare for cleaning/maintenance in the area. As EE was removing the guarding & setting it aside, EE stepped on a small belt alignment roller & felt pain in left foot. Finished shift & sought treatment 2 days later & began missing work. No rules or regulations were violated. Employee has training/experience.
