## Narrative

Employee was removing a guard on 8200 Dragline, SG #4 to change brushes. The employee miss-stepped causing right foot to slip off walkway. The walkway was around 8"" higher than walkway employee miss-stepped down onto. Employee stepped down to the right and backwards, causing employee's right upper back to contact with something on #5 Hoist Motor causing bruise on upper back.
