Narrative

EE was assisting hanging roof mesh in our 108 block Rehab area. As EE was pushing the mesh to the mine roof, material fell from the roof and got in the EE's left eye. The EE's eye was cleaned out, and EE received prescription eye drops. EE didn't go seek treatment till 2/20/2023, then became reportable.
