Narrative

Rock in face conveyor, was in process of drilling and shooting rock. When moving to load the fifth hole, noticed movement in the rock, started to leap over pan, the rock pinned EE against spill tray. Pinning both lower legs against spill tray. Fracturing both legs(lower leg bones) and pelvis.
