Narrative

Employee sustained a laceration wound to left-hand pinkie finger while attempting to move a 10lb sub and place it on the catwalk located to EE's left and bumped the pinkie on the side of the catwalk. This resulted in a split impact injury. First aid was administered and taken to the clinic where EE received 8 stitches, and 1 day restrictions.
