## Narrative

Employee was using a slate bar to pry on the cable handler of the miner. The slate bar slipped and caused EE to fall into the cable handler. Employee did not initially miss work. EE went for a check-up on 4/20/2023 and was given a week off, which in turn made it a ""lost time"" accident.
