Narrative

EE came in the office Friday afternoon, stated while lifting a rock footing was unsteady & caused a jarring in shoulder as EE slipped. EE stated EE has had previous surgeries to knee & shoulder, so EE knows when EE is hurt. Finished work early after completing 3 pallets of rock. EE was going to rest the shoulder over the weekend. Please see attached documentation.
