An unintentional roof fall was discovered on the North Mains#1 panel. This fall measured 6'H x 16'W x 50""L. Located in the #1 entry at 31 blk. No injuries occurred as a result with no damage to any equipment, ventilation controls or escapeways. All approaches have been dangered off with additional roof support set as well.
