Narrative

EE went to empty used oil tank, go the evac hose, and slipped off the second step to the cab. They fell approximately 3 feet from the step, to the ground, landing on their butt. Taken to hospital, x-rays show 2 fractures to vertebrae. EE put in brace, referred for orthopedic consult.
