Narrative

Employee was bolting with a CMAC bolter. As EE was inserting a bolt driver steel into the chuck of the machine, EE had placed the right gloved hand below the steel taper that holds it in the machine resulting in a pinching laceration to EE's palm area below the pinky finger. Two sutures were required and a full work release was issued.
