Narrative

While traveling out of the mine as a passenger, the mantrip EE was traveling in inadvertently struck another mantrip that was traveling in the opposite direction. This incident occurred on the 2 east haulage at 12 x-cut. This employee sustained a fracture to EE's transverse process in EE's lower back.
