## Narrative

While operating crane, anode hit the cap block, which came off and hit employee's middle finger, causing a small cut near knuckle. Observed by ERRT member and wanted no further treatment, then worked 2 more shifts. On 6/15, employee noticed swelling and went to the ER, diagnosed with cellulitis secondary to cut, and notified company on 6/16/23.
