Narrative

The miner's tool slipped causing the right elbow to receive a 3/4"" long cut by the loader bucket. The Miner and co-worker cleaned and dressed the injury. On 6/20/23 a doctor diagnosed cellulitis in the elbow, drained fluid, and applied a dressing.
