## Narrative

Generator shut off during operation. Miner went to investigate and check code displayed. Generator was overheated and proceeded to check radiator, twisted cap to release pressure, hissing stopped and opened cap, cap shot off and sprayed miner with hot coolant on forearm and forehead.
