Narrative

The injured was bolting in the #6 Heading on South Mains Section. The Injured was installing a rib bolt in the 3rd Row of the heading and had EE's left hand on EE's tray when a rock measuring 1-1/2' W X 2' L X 1/4"" thick struck EE on EE's left ring finger.
