## Narrative

Employee had just arrived to the section. EE was passing a shuttle car that was parked. EE hit their head on a anchor bolt hanging down. EE continued to the bolter and begin bolting. EE began to feel week and became unconscious. EE thought they had became overheated. EE was transported to the hospital and test showed a concussion.
