Narrative

Employee was using the team lift to set the rod rack right after unloading of rod truck. The rod rack tipped too far back when up-righted and the driller assistant's hand got caught between the rods on the rod truck and the rod rack, causing a fracture to right index finger just above middle joint. Employee was wearing cut and impact resistant gloves.
