THIS INCIDENT BECAME A RECORDABLE ON 7/6/2023 WHEN THE EMPLOYEE RECEIVED RESTRICTIONS Employee was assisting a co-worker with the removal of a sump 4-inch discharge pipe. Employee kneeled down to operate a pulzall cable winch, as the employee was exerting pressure to stand up they felt discomfort in the left knee.
