EE was using a 9""grinder to remove some old welds from the dryer. EE was tied off and sitting on the dryer while grinding. EE started to slip so EE reached back to grab the safety line to regain balance causing the grinder to strike EE's knee. EE received 10 stitches to the right knee and was given a post-accident drug screen.
