Narrative

Employee and partner were lifting the shroud off the ACM Mill when the chain slipped on the rigging assembly causing the 100-150 lbs. (45-68 Kg) shroud to drop 6"" (15 cm) and come down on employee's gloved left hand bruising the little and ring fingers (X-ray confirmed no fracture).
