## Narrative

Loader operator drove over a 9""x9""x6"", 75 lb. piece of ore and it shot out from the tire and hit the employee 28 feet away in the upper left thigh. Mine Security determined it was not a medical emergency.  The supervisor took EE to the emergency room where it was determined the employee was bruised.  No prescription medicine was provided.
