An unintentional roof fall occurred in the #1 entry of 6 South between 108 and 109 x-cut. Adverse geological conditions in the form of a ""cutter"" due to horizontal stress, ran up the left rib causing the roof strata to separate above the primary bolts. In later days this fall extended inby to approximately 80ft out by the 110 x-cut. No injury or equipment damage to report.
